Our steel coil portfolio covers three essential product types for industrial and construction markets. Galvalume (Aluzinc) coils feature an aluminum-zinc alloy coating that provides superior corrosion resistance — up to two to six times longer than conventional galvanizing — making them ideal for roofing, cladding, and structural applications. Galvanized coils offer a pure zinc coating for proven corrosion protection in construction, ductwork, and appliance manufacturing. Pre-painted coils combine a metallic coating with a factory-applied paint system, delivering a ready-to-install finish that eliminates on-site painting. All coil types are available in thicknesses from 0.23 mm to 2.5 mm and widths from 1,000 mm to 1,250 mm, with coil weights of 3 to 15 metric tonnes, providing flexibility for a wide range of processing and fabrication requirements.
Grades and Compositions
We supply Galvalume coils compliant with ASTM A792 (aluminum-zinc alloy coated), Galvanized coils per ASTM A653 (zinc coated), and Pre-painted coils with various metallic substrates per EN 10327 and JIS standards. Common substrate grades include DX51D for forming applications. Coating weights and paint systems are specified according to the end-use environment, from standard indoor applications to severe marine or industrial atmospheres.
