Technical Description
Our cylinder portfolio covers three primary types. Seamless steel cylinders per ISO 9809-1 (tensile steel) are the standard for high-pressure industrial gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, argon, and hydrogen, with working pressures up to 200 BAR and capacities from 38 L to 50 L. Seamless alloy steel cylinders per ISO 9809-3 (quenched and tempered) offer enhanced performance for more demanding service conditions and specialty gas fills. Welded cylinders per GB11638 are designed specifically for dissolved acetylene service, where the internal porous mass and acetone charge require a dedicated cylinder design. All cylinders are manufactured from certified steel grades (37Mn, 30CrMo, HP295) and undergo hydrostatic testing, burst testing, and dimensional inspection before shipment. Proper documentation — including material certificates, test reports, and conformity assessments — accompanies each batch.
Grades and Compositions
We supply three primary cylinder types. Seamless tensile steel cylinders (ISO 9809-1) are manufactured from 37Mn steel for standard industrial gas service at up to 200 BAR. Seamless alloy steel cylinders (ISO 9809-3) are produced from 30CrMo quenched-and-tempered steel for enhanced performance and specialty gas applications. Welded acetylene cylinders (GB11638) are manufactured from HP295 steel with internal porous mass for dissolved acetylene storage. Each type is designed and tested for its specific gas service and pressure rating.
